A one-on-one introductory 30-minute session designed to establish how you move, how you train, and where you’re going. This session assesses movement quality, clarifies goals, and introduces the Powerhaus training system so every strength session that follows is intentional, safe, and effective.

A private one 60-minute Powerhaus strength training session built around structured, machine-based programming. Each session includes targeted movement preparation, progressive strength work, and focused coaching designed for strength that transfers beyond the gym.

A structured monthly private training series designed for consistency and progression. Includes four or eight 60-minute one-on-one Powerhaus strength sessions per month using intentional, machine-based programming. Sessions reset monthly to support continued progress. Prices start from $255+.
